M&L Industries, a Houma industrial equipment provider, is currently undergoing expansion in Baton Rouge and relocating to a more prominent location. According to owner Steven Marmande, the company plans to move to a new 47,000 square foot building near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Siegen Lane by July. The new facility, located at 10049 N. Rieger Road, will be approximately double the size of M&L’s current location on Airline Highway. With 23 employees currently working in Baton Rouge, Marmande expects to hire an additional 5 to 8 workers due to the move.
M&L specializes in the sales, rentals, and servicing of tractors and forklifts. Faulk & Meek has been selected as the general contractor for the new location.
