Srini Attili named the Executive Vice President of SAIC’s Civilian Business Group

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has appointed Srinivas Attili as the executive vice president of its civilian business group. Attili, who previously worked as a partner at McKinsey & Company, will officially start his new role on May 6 and report directly to SAIC CEO Toni Townes-Whitley.

In his new position, Attili will be responsible for overseeing the company’s civilian, health, and state and local businesses, which have recently been combined into a single unit. This appointment is part of SAIC’s strategy to drive innovation within the civilian sector in order to create sustainable long-term value.

Townes-Whitley, who was recognized as a 2024 Wash100 awardee, stated that appointing Attili is an important step towards achieving this goal. Attili’s most recent role involved leading the development and implementation of digital technologies to drive digital transformation efforts for McKinsey’s clients in sectors such as healthcare, technology, and the public sector.

Before his time at McKinsey, Attili held positions at Deloitte and IBM. At Deloitte, he led digital innovation initiatives for both commercial and government clients, while at IBM, he served as the VP and senior partner of the public sector technology services practice. Attili brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation and innovation to his new role at SAIC and is poised to make significant contributions to the company’s civilian business group.
